Rate is $75 per hour for all services beyond regular home inspection exclusive of contractor or handyman service fees.

 

First hour is billed at full hourly rate.  Additional time is billed at quarter hour rate.

 

Custom services available upon request.

 

* Gold Service includes 1 free hour of any additional service per month.

 

​**  Platinum Service includes 2 free hours of any additional service per month.

 

Notes:

 

Free services must be used in current month; there is no carry-over of unused hours.

 

Platinum Service is 1 visit per week on a monthly basis.  Since there are 52 weeks in a year, there are 4 extra bonus visits on this plan.
